Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

dnvit (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.

For purposes of this Policy, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at https://dnvit.com. “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, through which users can create digital invitations for weddings and other occasions, collect RSVPs, manage guest lists and events, share photos and voice notes, and run their celebration.

“You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service. By accessing our Site or our Service, you accept this Privacy Policy, and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described here.

I.Information We Collect

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, referring and exit pages and URLs, browser and device types, and the preferences you submit. Personal Information includes your email address and name, which you provide when you register, together with the content you add to build an invitation.

1. Information collected via technology

To sign in you provide your email address; we send a one-time code to that address to confirm it. To improve the quality of the Service, we also record information provided by your browser when you use the Service — such as the referring URL, the type of browser and device you use, and the time and date of access — which does not by itself personally identify you.

We use a small number of cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in after you enter your one-time code; it is essential to the Service and expires when your session ends. Where you arrive from a shared invitation, a short-lived referral cookie records which invitation brought you, so we can credit the host who invited you. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. Information you provide to create an invitation and account

To use the Service you create an account with your email address and name. To build and run an invitation you may provide additional information, including the celebrants’ names, your event dates and venues, your guest list and each guest’s RSVP details (attendance, party size, meal choices and notes), photos, a love story, and voice notes left by your guests. By providing this information you authorize us to collect, store and use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy in order to deliver the Service to you.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy; dnvit does not receive or store your full card number.

3. Children’s privacy

The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under 13 to sign up for the Service. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete it as soon as possible. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at support@dnvit.com.

II.How We Use and Share Information

Personal Information

Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade or rent your Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share Personal Information with vendors who perform services for the Company — for example, our email provider, which is given access to your email address solely to deliver sign-in codes and account messages on our behalf, our payment provider Stripe, and our hosting and database providers. These vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In general, the Personal Information you provide is used to operate the Service and to communicate with you — to deliver your invitation and RSVPs, respond to questions, provide support, and send you administrative messages about your account.

We may share Personal Information with outside parties where we have a good-faith belief that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with an applicable law or enforceable governmental request, to enforce our Terms, to address fraud or security or technical issues, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public.

Non-Personal Information

We use Non-Personal Information to improve the Service and customize the user experience, and we aggregate it to understand usage patterns on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information.

If we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. If our information practices change in the future, we will post the changes to the Site so that you may review them.

III.How We Protect Information

We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Access to the Service uses passwordless sign-in: instead of a password, we send a single-use code to your email address that expires shortly after it is issued, which reduces the risk of a reused or stolen password. Traffic to and from the Site is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to assume these risks.

IV.Your Rights Regarding the Use of Your Personal Information

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional message, you can opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in that message. Regardless of your marketing preferences, we may continue to send you administrative messages, such as sign-in codes and material updates to this Privacy Policy.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information, and you can delete the invitations and guest data you have created. To make such a request, contact us at support@dnvit.com.

VI.Changes to Our Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account or by placing a prominent notice on the Site. Significant changes take effect 30 days after notification; non-material changes or clarifications take effect immediately. You should periodically check the Site and this page for updates.

VII.Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or the practices of this Site, please contact us at support@dnvit.com.
